So i ordered a chase bays powering sterring cooling kit
and i hooked up everything and when i started car and tryed turning steering wheel it started going crazyy .. It started turning left then right left then right on its own and couldnt stop it untill i turned off my car
any ideas why it would do that ??? Lines are hooked up right and had plenty of fluid in it
so i tryed taking off cooler and hooking up just the lines and still did it
bought lines and new ps unit

Did you bleed it?
Leave cap open while you turn your wheel all the way to the left, then all the way to the right. to that a few times and you will see bubble rise.

Your car wants you dead and/or wants to commit suicide. Good luck with that.
1. Continue driving like this.
2. Crash.
3. Get injured.
4. File lawsuit.
5. ???
6. Have money for race car.

You've got lines hooked up backwards. I don't remember which ones but I've seen this exact problem on Zilvia before. Someone even had a video of it.
I want to say the lines where they hook up on the steering rack are backwards.
yup lines are backwards, I remember reading about this before and they even had a video, it was hilarious.

If it's not your lines you said you've replaced the rack so it may also be that the rack wasn't centred properly when it was rebuilt and as such it will have an incorrect left/right bias.
