Having trouble getting the gear that connects to the crank up high enough to bolt back up..I don't remember messing with the lower tensioner when removing it but do I need to when installing? Also I did try and push on it to give me more slack and it wouldn't budge is there a lock on the solenoid on the tensioner? Andy help would be much appreciated

you have to compress the tensioner and insert a pin (i use small punch) or a mini screw driver.
install the bottom sprocket FIRST.
then the top one.
make sure 1st piston is top dead position.
then install chain while aligning the timing marks of the sprockets to ones on chain.
then remove pin and install cover.
i obviously skipped important steps such as oil drive sprocket and sealant stuff, etc
AND READ THE FSM.
