I was bleeding my cooling system and I lost the bleeder screw for my KA that is located on the intake mani. Does anyone know the bolt size or if there is another bolt on the car that can be salvaged and used in place of the missing one?
PLEASE HELP.

Ive tried 3 different 10mm bolts from the car and none of them worked, I'll keep trying and eventually I might get lucky.

Problem solved, used a bolt that I had sitting in the car. The engine is now hesitant to rev up, and if I feather the throttle between 2500-3000 it will intermittently make a noise thats very similar to "rod knock" but only for a split second, and when it does do it, blueish-white smoke exits the exhaust temporarily. The ecu is giving me code 34 (knock sensor). Does this mean that it is sensing knock, or that the sensor is bad?

So the engine sounds like its got a rod knock, its burning oil, and the ecu says you have a rod knock..I think you might have a rod knock.

Thats highly unlikely seeing as I just installed Clevite Main and Rod Bearings and Eagle H-Beams.

lol...
Why you gonna install forged rods and not pistons when KA rods are forged from the factory anyway?
How do you know you got the rebuild right?

You probably do not need it.
