Looks like a lot of people have same problem. I've been researching for 2 days with no luck
S13 sr swap
Wsp upper, lower harness
Haltech with sr patch loom
So far i've checked
Grounds-good
Pin #104 fuel pump relay- ground
Pump relay- have power. Also switched relays
Fuel pump is a new walbro 255 in tank and was coming on before switching swap( had an rb)
Im stumped and dont know what else to do. Pump will not come at all.

Did you check the signal wire from the ECU to the relay?

Are you talking about pin#104?
If so, ground its coming from it but i test continuity between pin #104 and black/pink wire on pump relay and there is not

On the M63 plug, it is pin #11, it should be a black/pink wire that goes from your ECU to the "dash wiring" or F4 plug and the on to the relay. Pin #10 should be a black/yellow wire that comes from your ECU to the M63 and then on to the FP relay. Verify you have both wires on the M63 and F4. I don't have an FSM in front of me but I will this evening and I can verify the signal wire from the ECU to relay and get back to you.
I'm assuming when you say pin #104 you are referring to the one on the ECU plug?

Thanks Ill look at the plugs in the morning and get back at you. Yeah #104 on the ecu plug wich is the pump relay wire. To clarify this is a s14 with s13 sr swap. Pm me your # i can txt u as well

HI:
Today I had a chance to work on the car and so far this is what i got.
-Found continuity between ecu pump relay wire and fuel pump relay
but still pump will not prime when turning ign on.
checked all grounds and connections, they are all ok
Have good spark, igniter ok, coils ok, couldnt get a good reading on
cas but I suppose its good since having good spark or I might be
wrong, please correct me on that,
fuel pump relay jumped #3, #5 and pump will come on when ign is on.
I having another issue that I'm sure is related to this
tps sensor reading 5v on open and close
map sensor(haltech brand new) is also reading 5v on signal wire with
ign on and car off
things I've done before this
I sent ecu to haltech to get tested prior installing ecu and was sent
back with everything ok. Now can it be a ECU problem? not sending
signal to pump for prime, sending 5v constant to tps and map sensor?
will a faulty cas cause this problems?
and last what will be my next step?

I am having a similar problem and can't figure it out...I have the AEM EMS 2 and my problem is that the pump will only prime once every 20 or 30 times I turn the key....I did figure out that if I have the key in the ignition on the run position, and I pull out the 30amp ING SWITCH fuse and put it back in that the pump will prime and I can start the car...I still haven't found a solution for my problem though...I'm charging the battery now to see if that has anything to do with it...if you find out anything let me know!!!

Today i found out that pin#11 b/pink wire that comes from the dash to the plug is not connected to anything and i mean there is not even a wire on that pin coming from the the main harness. Pin #11 it is connected to pin #104 on ecu plug so that one is good to go.
Whats next here?

So aparently i might have a short on my dash harness. My injectors are not getting pulse, having constant 5v ti my sensors. Also seems short burned the cpu on my haltech. I know fking sucks. Getting in touch with haltech to replace cpu and going to start pulling the dash to inspect replace dash harness. Lookinh for dash harness by the way

Update.
Replaced dash harness and got a #62 sr ecu and got the fuel pump to prime. Car started like a champ. 30 secs later car died and now fuel pump will not at all.
Check list:
Ecu signal-ok
Switched relays-ok
Traced 12v wire to fuel pump on tank-ok
Jumped relay to start pump with switch- not coming on at all
Walbro255 was new and i guess it took a shit on me. Any input on this?
