Hey guys,
Every time it seems to rain here in so cal my fuel pump fails. I dont know if its a coincidence or what. I checked online and found a few tutorials on checking the pump wiring and everything seemed ok, but I am having trouble finding where the fuel pump is grounded at.
Everytime it rains my car will run for a day or two and then the fuel pump would stop working. Ive already changed it 3 times this year. This last time I changed its only been a few weeks - then it rained - then it stopped working.
I do have a trunk leak and water accumulates in the spare tire but it appears that no water reaches the fuel pump harness.
anyone have any suggestions as to why this is happening?
