alright well heres my problem...i left the house and the car started up just fine, i went to the gas station to fill her up....and after that i attempted to start up the car...but i didnt hold the key for long enough so it didnt start...so i waited a minute...and i tried to start it up again....but then it just wouldnt start up.....checked the volts on the battery and i was gettin..11.95 but i couldnt even get it started with a jump start or a good battery with normal volts...12.65....so can anyone tell me what might be the problem??...starter...alternator...?? thanx

could be a lot of thing...
if you have a FSM do some test .. on my friend car it was a cut wire from the CAS in the wiring loom (was a bitch to find) we did a lot of test from the FSM to find the problem.

buy yourself and FSM.

look for usual things like
- starter
- alternator
- fuel pump
- CAS / distributor
is you sparkplug are firing ? take one cable and hold it on the valve cover and look for a spark when starting the car .. if the car dont start at all , remove distributor from the block and turn the shaft slowy (the car at ON) and look for spark ..

good luck
