No. This is the same 5 lug conversion that is posted in the sticky at the top of the for sale section. There is a different 5 lug conversion set for the S14.

Yes. The buyer will get both the front & rear 5 lug hubs with the bearings already pressed in. They are still in the original packaging sitting in the original box. I only took them out to take pictures.
