Passing Emissons

alrighty...i've been thinking about this for a long time now...for everyone that has an SR20 or any other mods that causes you to fail your emissons test...what do you do to pass???  if anything at all???

find a friend that works at a shop and put another car on the dino
thats what i do at my pops shop and i dont even hav the sr my car just runs too rich

wouldent you be able to get a adjustable flow fuel regulator and lower the fuel input?
im just guessing here - you have to be able to measure it somehow

It all depends where you live. In Cali if your mods are not CARB approved you won't pass a visual. From what I understand either you take it to someone you know and or bribe a "shady" SMOG station official.  Elsewhere if your car smells good enough to the sniffer and has no visual violations (ie all emissions equipment intact no obvious hazards) that is good enough. In some places having 4 tires is all you need. Find out what the laws in your area are concerning vehicle modifications and then ask people in your area that have cars with similar mods. You shouldn't have too much trouble from there.

Not one person in my area has the SR , not even one on the road to say the least...
i need to know what works and what doesnt... and i also live in CT, where its not tooo bad but, still sucks big time cause i just had my truck failed cause of a gas cap... how corney is that?

yeah...i live in colorado springs...so i guess west might have some ideas...i wonder when he's going to be on again...
