Up for sale is a BNIB AEM EMS v1 for an OBD2 KA (96-98 ). I believe that this can also be used on an OBD1 car with the correct OBD2 to OBD1 jumper harness. Boomslang.com sells these conversions, but I'm not 100 percent certain - hopefully someone will speak up on that.
I was planning on using this on my build, but I'm going a slightly different route that will still let me pass CT Emissions. The car is going to be daily driven, and the EMS is just a little overkill.
This is the perfect option if you want to control every asspect of your tune.
I got this from Enjuku Racing while they were cleaning out the last of their v1 EMS units. It has the v2 case, but the internals are all v1. Never used or installed, the software has also never been installed.
The new tuning option I am using also means I cannot use my Serial Datastream gauge either. This gauge is an all in one unit for people using EMS v1 or v2. It can read up to 19 channels simultainiously. It also allows for user programable high/low trigger points and display rules.
Looking for $780 for the EMS
Looking for $190 for the guage.
