It would be cool to have a set of reverse amber lit gauges. *_*
I just thought it'd be interesting to have something like that. NR makes those kind of gauges and they're the best brand of gauges you can get. Unfortunately, they didn't make any for the 240SX at all. I just e-mailed them and asked if they were ever going to and told them that quite a lot of people are looking for those. Or if it's possible to custom make a set or something.

The S14 Indiglo gauges are $69 from
<a href="http://www.indiglogauges.com/
That" target="_blank">http://www.indiglogauges.com/
That</a> auction is now officially a rip-off.
Also... the gauges they show won't fit a '97-98, obviously since the '97-98 dash has 2 complete circles for the tach and speedo (at least that i've seen).
To let people here know, I ordered a set and I should get them tomorrow or the day after. I'll do an install write up (and show how I changed my stock dash to light up red) when I can.

I just ordered a set of tiny spot lights, they are blue, and I put them on my dash board, and it looks pretty much like indiglo, and the lights were like $30+shipping. Just to give you an idea.

LoL. my friend has those on his Civic. at first I was like... "Whoa... you're little 1.6L goes so fast even your dash has foggers on it?? <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/biggrin.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':D'>" I thought they were pretty tacky.... and it looked nothing like indiglo. My roomate's Integra's dash can get so bright he barely needs interior lighting. LoL.
I have no idea why I ordered Indiglos... but if I don't like them I can always put em up on e-bay and make profit (current auction wen't for almost $90... I'd make $20 assuming there's still more naive people (like whoever was outbid is prolly pissed right now) out there... cool.. i'm so evil).
Well, I wonder what to do with my high intensity LED red lighting that I was gonna run behind my gauges (which are currently red lit, as I said).
I also guess it's time for me to figure out how to do some bright ass blue lighting for my A/C gauges.... and buy a new head unit and EQ (which I need anyways... like half my buttons are broke) to match..... sheesh. all this on top of my turbo and suspension projects...

Does anyone know companies that make gauges with km/h as the primary unit of measure. I am assuming that the euro spec cars and JDM cars would use these as well but I have never seen them before. Any ideas?

NR Auto has them for S14's as well as 89-90 SOHC S13's. www.nrauto.com
You'll have to e-mail them directly to purchase them because they're not listed on the site. They're around $85, but they're great quality because they make gauges for Mercedes, Porsche, and BMW as well as Japanese vehicles. High quality stuff, you get what you paid for.

They don't work downwards... in fact, I've been seeing them for the S13 SOHC for a long time now. . go check eBay. . then the DOHC S13 came out, and now S14 95-96. . maybe someday we'll get 97-98 S14 gauges. .
