Recently I've been getting a considerable amount of excess oil coming from my breather valve in the valve cover, and it is circulated to my intake and the oil is pooling in the intake and throwing off the MAF.

Is there anything I can do or something that ill typically cause there to be more oil coming out of the breather valve?

you can get a catch can, but if you get that amount of oil in a short period of time then you have bigger problems.

I guess your valve seals at least. Excess oil vapor is getting into valve train and then going into your breather tube and pooling.

Do a leak down test.

Compression test. And cylinder leakage. If it is coming out of the breather into the intake tract, Check your PCV valve on the lower crankcase. If that is working, possible rings.
