In between my shifts all I hear is a thud sound. like when it's catching the gear it jolts and makes a thud sound. I checked my subframe bushing, they were good.
Nothing was loose.
I checked differential, it was fine, I even changed the oil to be sure with a new gasket as well.
Idk what else to assume.
Some mechanic told me something about some brake module thats located in the rear or something like that? Didn't seem like that would be a problem but what do you guys think?

first off, your mechanic doesn't know what he's talking about.

Second off find a mechanic that knows z32s.

Things that will make that sound on the z32 chassis.
-Leaky old subframe bushings.
-Dead tranny mount.
And the most likely cause would be your rear diff bushings.

Almost all z32s I've ridden in have experienced that same problem.
