Moving there soon, I searched different events, but couldnt find any close to irvine, what venues are closer? Is el toro still open to drifters? Just contemplating if its a good idea to buy a 240sx if I there is no legal place to drift it.

Adams in Riverside. It's not that close to Irvine, but it's not too bad of a drive.

Yeah make the trip out there. But drifting shouldnt be your ONLY reason to getting a 240

I live in Irvine also. Been living here for 7 years :/ Adams is the only closest legal place to go. Besides that Willow Springs is worth the trip and theres drift events pretty much every weekend. You have to realize that Irvine is definitely not the place to have a track let alone drive a highly modified car. I have a stack of fix it tickets from Irvine alone. But I just deal with it even though IPD likes to pull me and my friends over alot lol. Hit me up if you have any more questions

drive a highly modified car.

HA! Even a lightly modified car is bait there. A damn exhaust alone is enough to get a cop to stop you and give you a bs fix it ticket. Irvine sucks.

can 240's make good drag cars too?

Dude its like youre 12 or something really

Irvine isnt the place for your ricer dreams. Learn to drive like an adult or take it to the local tracks here. Youve made threads about this before
