91 240 hatch lots of extras !!!NEED IT GONE OBO !!!

hey guys i have a 91 240 hatch 5 speed twin cam it has about 145xxx on it the odometer is kinda sticky sometimes so im pretty sure its more than that. it dose need a power steering pump . its leaking like crazy . it alos has a intack and exhaust leak . very simple repairs i just dont have the time to do them . looking for a clean 4 door daily . like 04 ish altima .
