Hello, im having this problem, oil leaking thru turbo:

So here is the story: I bought T28, i was told that it was fresh rebuild, so i put that turbo on my ca18det and it started to leak oil like that(picture above). So i took it to our turbo rebuilders and they rebuilt it, it is like new. Buuut, i then i installed this turbo to my car oil leaking started again thru turbo :/
What to do? It is breathers problem?
Oil can't go to oil pan thru oil return line?

Is this a ball bearing T28? if so do you have the correct restrictor?
The angle of the return line doesn't look steep enough to allow adequate flow. To verify park on level ground, after cooling down the engine, disconnect the return from the engine side. If any oil runs out, you found the problem.
Solution: run appropriate restrictor, and or modify the return.

So, i modified oil return, now its all downhill from turbo to oil pan :D but problem still is..turbo is leaking oil.. :((
Opinions?
BTW, turbo doesnt make any boost, what can cause it? No surge sound or bov, its like there are no turbo..

It's possible you've blown the turbo. Did you feel for shaft play? Do the wheels spin freely?
Are there any marks on the compressor housing? Have you check your hot pipe for oil?

WC actuators "leg" was off..i put on and now its boosting fine, but with oil leak.
I removed hot pipe, and there are little bit of oil, but very very little.
I dont know what to do :(

Take intake off to see what the compressor looks like, and to see how much play you may have. Could be a restricter issue too.
These turbos are all old, used and abused at this point in life...I'd almost always expect the worst haha.
