This will be the build thread for my type-x converted, SR20DET + 5 speed swapped s13!

Anyways, I am 21 and I live in Ontario, Canada. Peterborough to be exact for anyone else in Ont. I bought this hatch as my first car 2 years ago now for 3500 bucks, it was on Tien springs and the XD9's and it was unfortunately automatic. I honestly didn't know much about the mechanical part of cars but I went through high school loving s13's. So I guess I will fill you in on the last 2 years.

This would be the day I bought it in March 2011.

http://sphotos-c.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ak-ash4/188468_10150164969481075_6688395_n.jpg

First purchase were Megan track spec coils because one of the front struts was on its was out.

Didn't put a whole lot of money into the car the first summer. Took it to a few autocross events and avoided tickets so my insurance wouldn't be unaffordable. Unfortunately at the end of the year I smashed my oil pan, knocked off my oil pick up from the engine and partially starved the engine. It was in October so I had all winter to start to learn about the more mechanical aspect of cars. I looked into making a Ka-t but couldn't afford to do it properly so I went to Toronto and bought a blacktop SR with a 5 speed transmission as well.

I also picked up a few odds and ends for the car during the winter and got a new steering wheel/hub for my birthday.

http://sphotos-c.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ak-ash3/542001_10150750831486075_404805606_n.jpg

Anyways, after dropping the new engine and tranny in, I friend with some more knowledge and I began the more difficult part of the swap with the FrSport swap guide.

http://sphotos-b.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ak-ash4/404288_10150623949716075_1334990932_n.jpg

http://sphotos-h.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ak-ash4/431272_10150683134401075_1230793213_n.jpg

So after finishing the wiring and buying a stock SMIC, we tried to fire the car to no avail. Tested many connections all showing power going to them, the car was cranking and the plugs were firing. Injectors were good, timing was set. In the end, instead of tearing my wiring harness apart I got in touch with Yuri at Wiring Specialties and picked up a new harness. After plugging everything back in it fired up first crank! This was a huge accomplishment as earlier in the year I learned how to do my first oil change hahah.

As the weather started to get nice again, rolling the car out of the garage to work on it was definitely refreshing. I was really excited to get the car back on the road and see how the swap really turned out.

http://sphotos-c.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ak-ash3/564407_10150751163721075_1453785756_n.jpg

Also installed my spacers and tried to get some "fitment" going on.

http://sphotos-b.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ak-ash3/542001_10150750831481075_670436233_n.jpg

http://sphotos-e.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ak-prn1/540684_10150767464486075_760014233_n.jpg

So that brings us to spring 2012. The car is a blast, loving the 5 speed and turbo power. Went to Stretch&Poke's Fitted Showcase in Toronto.

http://sphotos-h.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ak-snc7/599505_10150990893561075_1269178538_n.jpg

So over the summer I did some maintenance stuff to it. Tie rod/ends, RUCA's so I could align the rear of the car. Boost gauge and manual boost controller, Mishimoto low temp thermostat and overflow tank. I worked on cleaning up the engine bay a lot over the summer as well.

http://sphotos-a.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ak-ash3/550846_10151020724111075_970067585_n.jpg

So not a whole lot changed over the summer, just enjoyed driving my project and met some cool people because of it! I put some money away and then also ended up getting a new job which pays a bit better than my last so I am planning some solid upgrades for the winter.

First of all I picked up this FMIC kit with HKS blow off for an awesome deal. I am replacing all the couplers with some new black ones.

http://sphotos-f.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ak-ash4/389816_10151228229086075_526799168_n.jpg

A few weeks later I was offered this kit for a really good deal. The skirts are well loved but are FRP so I am going to learn how to re glass them and one of my close friends owns a body shop so I will have everything repainted.

http://sphotos-f.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ak-snc7/302647_10151248192071075_44212638_n.jpg

So that is pretty much up to date! This winter I am redoing my exhaust. Ordering a Tomei elbow and the HKS sport catback system. I also ordered a new valve cover gasket since the exhaust side is starting to leak slightly. I am going to paint my cover while it is off and install Tomei RAS for some security. My transmission throw out bearing also started to whine to I will replace that when I remove my engine this winter as well. I am going to relocate my battery to the trunk as well as do some necessary maintenance.

Thanks for reading, let me know what you guys think

Here is a bit of what I've been up to.

I've parked the car and started tearing it apart, taking the engine out and finding out what gaskets I need to replace and I will also be completely cleaning it.

http://sphotos-f.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ak-snc6/263562_10151290444706075_1179416036_n.jpg

Little bit more...
http://sphotos-b.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ak-snc7/396606_10151290444976075_303805533_n.jpg

Missing something! Engine bay is caked in CRAP from a blown turbo coolant line(dried out rubber hose that runs behind the engine) that managed to get coolant in all the places I couldn't clean. I'll get my revenge..
http://sphotos-g.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ak-ash3/598499_10151302006036075_993243063_n.jpg

And the engine pre TLC
http://sphotos-b.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ak-snc7/305514_10151302006526075_820764582_n.jpg

After some not so in depth inspection I was able to get a look at the main problem.. destroyed gasket from some loose bolts on the Mani/Turbo connection. Mostly from a broken exhaust hanger that let the exhaust bounce around too long.
http://sphotos-c.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ak-ash3/575231_10151302000441075_567194899_n.jpg

So now I have my work cut out for me. I ordered some OEM metal gaskets for the turbo connections as well as Tomei RAS and a new valve cover to stop oil leaks. Along with those a new Nissan water pump and some small bushings and steel bushings to replace worn out factory parts that I can easily get to while the car is apart.

I also picked up some Kouki tail lights and am waiting on those for arrival. More updates soon!

Thanks guys. I know it isn't the same caliber as some of the other builds on this site but it is my first car and build hahah. Also working on a limited budget but as far as the build goes I am trying not to cheap out!

I will get some pictures this week when some new parts show up, I also picked up a propane heater for my garage which makes spending long nights out there much more bearable. Boo winter!

Good work dude. Great to see a clean 240 in Canada!

BTW, where that gasket failed is normal. Not from the exhaust swinging around so much as vibration in the turbine... Metal gaskets alone will not fix the issue- You need to add OEM Nissan locking plates to your list to keep the nuts from backing out and it will never do that again: Nissan Genuine OEM T25 T28 Turbo Turbine Locking Tab (http://www.frsport.com/Nissan-Genuine-OEM-T25-T28-Turbo-Turbine-Locking-Tab_p_8123.html)

You need 2 (one for each side) & they look like this installed:

http://farm9.staticflickr.com/8045/8133489592_6c4c20ae3f_k_d.jpg

Keep up the good work dude- it's an awesome learning experience~

12-09-2012, 12:18 PM
Thanks for the support guys, I'm definitely still learning as I go and willing to listen to and learn while I'm at it!

The turbo DID have locking tabs on it and they were in place proper. However three bolts were finger tight on the turbo still somehow. Either way, brand new locking tabs were ordered with my OEM metal gaskets(Studs are straight and didn't crack because the bolts weren't tight enough LOL. I made sure to order everything I needed as to put the turbo back onto the mani

Again, I will try and get some new pictures up this week when my parts show up. Lots of the list for this winter!

Hey dude, didn't know you were around here! Thanks.

I just picked this up tonight, we don't really have any in Canada so when a guy on a local forum got an s13 sent to him instead of an s14 I figured I'd save the shipping and duty costs. Sorry for the cell pic

Nice work, Looks very well taken care of. As far as those deteriorated manifold to turbo gaskets, I've had that happen a couple times. What works fro me is the multi layerd thicker crush style gaskets. But I bet combo'd with the locking tabs or some other form of locking device would be even better.

Small update. I haven't got much done to the car as I've been fairly busy over the holidays. I've received my battery relocation in the mail as well as my Frsport order and am picking away at installing the small parts.

Cleaned my turbo up and got it ready to bolt back up(With new locking tabs and Nissan OEM metal gasket)

Put my water pump and turbo back on and Ltkouki took my bumper and valance to prep and paint this week. Now I will be cleaning and painting the engine and bay, getting things ready to go back together. I will soon be ordering some brake parts, tension rods and a turbo elbow as well

It all depends. I waited a few weeks for my Summit Racing order, FRSport is usually within 5 business days and that is where I order most of my parts from. As far as my kouki kit it was all purchased in Ontario so no shipping for me luckily!

Couple small updates from the weekend.

This was my situation as of the start of the weekend. Needed to buy jack stands for the rear end of the car and clean up the half of the "free" side of the garage

http://sphotos-f.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ak-prn1/553299_10151386870401075_935761397_n.jpg

Got the car off the ground and took out my driveshaft and crappy exhaust system

http://sphotos-d.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ak-ash3/68646_10151386870496075_1184193166_n.jpg

I purchased a new hanger bearing for my driveshaft since I couldn't spend 400 and shipping on a 1 piece right now. This is why I needed to replace it!
http://sphotos-h.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ak-snc7/580549_10151386870301075_1351967535_n.jpg

http://sphotos-a.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ak-prn1/23334_10151386870611075_722773744_n.jpg

Here is a shot of the underside of the car. For a car that has seen winter before from previous owners, and the general reputation of these cars rusting out I think I found a pretty good chassis!
http://sphotos-g.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ak-ash4/312430_10151386870661075_650704766_n.jpg

Here is a terrible(but only) picture I have while moving the engine to clear some space up and set it under some garbage bags so I can clean it and spray the degreaser off it and not get water all over the floor
http://sphotos-e.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ak-ash3/406028_10151386870701075_975634768_n.jpg

And after soaking the front of the engine in some engine cleaner and spraying, wiping it down quickly it's starting to look a bit better
http://sphotos-d.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ak-ash3/537777_10151386871031075_758028461_n.jpg

I then took the stupid HICAS pump out of the engine bay, removed the brackets and dropped the lines. I am installing a lock bar and ordering some GKtech hicas tie rods when they are restocked:wiggle:
http://sphotos-d.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ak-prn1/541670_10151386871936075_2079149832_n.jpg

And here is the state of the engine bay. I have taped off all the plugs, pulled the harness away to get ready to clean out all the gunk from the coolant leak this summer. There is an area of rust in the drivers fender well(Just over the frame rail) that will be repaired and then I will touch up the engine bay with some paint.
http://sphotos-a.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ak-snc6/207652_10151386871856075_210397951_n.jpg

Other than that, I sprayed some of the pulleys flat black and resprayed my heat shield for my turbo so I can put it back together. Hopefully next weekend I will have time to clean and spray my valve cover so I can get the top end back together

When we degrease our cars, we could use a squeege and a shop vac to vaccume up most of the water. I think that will work fine.

Alright, time for a little update guys!

So, my awesome buddy(Ltkouki) did some more repairs to the kouki kit and got some pictures of the bumper repair.

The cracks were at the top of the two middle "supports" in the bumper and another was on the side of the bumper near the bottom.

That's what you call a good friend. I also picked up a type x spoiler but I don't have any pictures of that right now, paid 120 for it.

And this morning, I received this little package..

http://sphotos-e.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ak-frc1/734633_10151415062211075_901250502_n.jpg

Inside is a HKS sport catback. Got some nice new exhaust hangers as well since mine were original I'm pretty sure hahah. Definitely happy with my purchase, can't wait to hear this on the car!

http://sphotos-b.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ak-ash4/394871_10151415804571075_795422981_n.jpg

Sorry for the crap quality pictures, all cell phone stuff haha. I also placed my order for GKTech tie rod replacement arms today which I'm excited about, now I won't need to worry about the 21 year old HICAS tie rod end bushings giving out on me with the lock bar in place. As soon as Tomei releases their new turbo elbow, I will order the last few parts for the car and then it's time to put it all back together for spring time.

Thanks for looking folks

Kind of a loser update because I currently don't have many pictures. But we started on the frame rail caps which I will elaborate on in my next post with much more detail.

Also, my fancy rear tie rods showed up.

http://sphotos-g.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ak-frc3/420187_10151484762861075_900686256_n.jpg

And I painted my valve cover with VHT wrinkle black.

Most parts will be prepped for paint this week and I need to finished grinding the undercoating off the passenger rail.. Not much time to work on the car this weekend since I worked overtime($$$) and wasted all that money on another parts order which included

EBC/Porterfield brake pads
Mishimoto PS reservoir
Energy swaybar/endlink bushings
Circuit master cylinder heat shield
Heater core conversion hoses
HKS recirculation valve for my ssqv BOV
PIAA H4 bulbs to go with Bosch housings I picked up

So this week I will have some more pictures that aren't off of my cell phone of the progress on the car and some details on how we made the frame rail caps.

Cheers!

Alright! This weekend is going to be really nice(Aka not below 0 and no precipitation) So I decided to take the car off the jack stands and be able to roll it outside, mainly to get the engine bay cleaned up.

http://sphotos-g.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ak-ash4/486241_10151548966801075_1914501375_n.jpg

The first time she's seen sunlight in 2013
http://sphotos-d.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ak-snc7/483157_10151548967026075_1864748463_n.jpg

So with most of the connections just taped off for now(I have to run out tomorrow to get more de-greaser and some tinfoil to wrap the harness) I soaked the tops of the rails and my subframe/steering rack in some gunk engine brite
http://sphotos-e.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ak-ash3/601448_10151548966886075_565174589_n.jpg

Here is another picture of how we did the caps on the frame rail(The bottom hasn't been welded yet, it's not staying loose like that!) and also where I have wire wheeled and pried out the rust in the wheel well.
http://sphotos-h.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ak-ash3/581375_10151548966966075_669752815_n.jpg

Most of the crap just rinsed right off which was good. Tomorrow I will soak all the really soiled parts and get to scrubbing.
http://sphotos-f.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ak-ash3/58525_10151548967116075_2015034714_n.jpg

http://sphotos-d.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ak-ash3/149279_10151548967786075_1542449987_n.jpg

So as I was moving my trans around I felt the crossmember to be moving around WAY too much. I took it off and found the one side to be almost completely split..
http://sphotos-b.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ak-ash3/526795_10151548967356075_1415795209_n.jpg

Luckily I have a box of these sitting in the garage(From a friend who decided not to go SR20 with his build)
http://sphotos-h.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ak-ash3/541168_10151548967391075_2038269195_n.jpg

http://sphotos-g.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ak-prn1/483622_10151548967581075_143252106_n.jpg

So I threw the trans mount on. Much better. I had the valve cover on the engine but I decided to put one more layer of paint on it to see if it will wrinkle a little bit better. But here is the engine cleaned up, with the A/C pump bracket taken off. Looking much nicer!
http://sphotos-a.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ak-ash4/306090_10151548967846075_1409257192_n.jpg

I also picked up some Bosch housing and I took my HKS apart(Kind of) to fit the recirculating attachment on it when that arrives.

Thanks man!

So here are two comparison pictures of how things have progressed this winter.

http://sphotos-h.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ak-snc6/7615_10151554323491075_524362686_n.jpg

http://sphotos-h.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ak-ash3/538856_10151554323821075_1174203254_n.jpg

lots of de-greaser. Most of the crap in the engine bay was from when my water pump seal went and it dumped most of my coolant out on the engine. I also had a power steering leak which helped all that crud accumulate. However! I had another package show up at the door today.

http://sphotos-d.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ak-snc7/425165_10151554304346075_1280574384_n.jpg

Brake pads(EBC yellowstuff F, Porterfield R)
Circuit sports BMC head shield
Gates heater core line conversion
Mishimoto PS reservoir
PIAA H4 purple/white bulbs
Energy swap bar/endlink bushings.

So now all I need to have the car back together is a turbo elbow and a dry cell battery to relocate to the trunk. Hopefully this weekend I can finish prep on my type-x kit and have it painted in the next few weeks.

Dylan22

So today I got a few things done. I removed my old headlights and tomorrow when I go to the parts store I need to pick up some H4 plugs to solder in to the harness to put my Bosch housings in. Also did my brakes but didnt take pictures of this stuff because it's boring/uncompleted right now as far as the headlights go. However I do have some pictures to update you guys with

Prepped the type-x kit last weekend
http://sphotos-b.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ak-ash3/547403_10151571889091075_562124396_n.jpg

http://sphotos-h.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ak-ash3/555826_10151571888921075_1378217910_n.jpg

And then this week my buddy texted me this! Primed and ready for paint.
http://sphotos-e.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ak-ash3/733827_10151566422961075_491284684_n.jpg

I also got to the task of taking my HICAS rack out and replacing it with a lock bar and GKTech tie rods.

http://sphotos-g.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ak-prn1/546125_10151571889811075_141117516_n.jpg

http://sphotos-c.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ak-prn1/541558_10151571889936075_1624704390_n.jpg

The steering rack unbolted nicely as I let some penetrating oil soak on all the bolts under the car for a bit. And now for a proper setup!
http://sphotos-d.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ak-ash3/533927_10151571890156075_1714407554_n.jpg

However, the fun stops there as one of the tie rods kind of jumped out when I was unthreading the HICAS tie rods and it stripped the tie rod end. So I am off to buy a tap and die set tomorrow to get that settled and I also have some sway bar and end link bushings to instal!

Thanks for looking.

No love? Maybe these updates will get some attention.

So I've been waiting on the last of my parts and they have slowly been arriving and assembled. I'll start with where I left off, chased the threads and the tie rod end was good to go

To reply to the person who asked about the shifter bushing, it did take quite a bit of play out of my shifter but I dont notice a huge difference.

Well I guess I could update this! I havent really done a whole lot to the car since, just been enjoying it. After putting the engine back into the car and hooking everything back up it started up just fine and I worked out a few little bugs with the vac lines for my boost controller on the new piping.

I can say the car is 10 times more responsive and the new exhaust sounds excellent. No exhaust or boost leaks obviously made a huge difference as well lol. So basically all I can show you are these pictures

Front mount installed and everything hooked up proper
http://sphotos-d.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ak-prn1/21212_10151615078536075_1138909691_n.jpg

http://sphotos-h.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ak-prn1/1017055_10151698609036075_691613211_n.jpg

Went to the alignment rack to get the new lock bar and tie rods set up right
http://sphotos-d.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ak-frc1/316213_10151621774651075_1920216547_n.jpg

I also installed an ATI pod holder to remove the a-pillar gauges. Excuse the dirty interior this was prior to its first wash and wax hahah.
http://sphotos-e.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ak-ash4/321322_10151603533276075_180379224_n.jpg

Took it to the first track day at Mosport and it worked awesome. Much faster than last year and the suspension upgrades made a huge difference in predictability and handling.
http://sphotos-h.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ak-prn1/1010953_10151688829841075_226811244_n.jpg

So that brings you a little bit up to date! The Kouki wing is not installed because I am saving some money up to have the trunk lid repaired of the other holes that were drilled for the OEM wing before I mount it. I am super happy with all the upgrades I did to the car over the winter, the car feels 100 percent better on the track, the stiffened up rear end makes the car understeer much less and the brakes made a huge difference and have mostly eliminated fade. The front mount intercooler and exhaust have made a very noticeable power increase and the car is running great. One thing I have had to do was take my HKS SSQV apart to use a softer spring as it was holding boost and creating surge. I was lucky enough to have a friend with a garbage knock off HKS and I actually used the spring from the knock off in my genuine SSQV body and it helped a great deal.

Thanks for looking!

Thanks guys. I'm currently working on the engine bay cleaning some more things up and painting some stuff so I should have some updates soon.

Also, for anybody running a HKS SSQV blowoff valve experiencing surge/excessive flutter, I recommend finding a knock off BOV and putting the cheaper(softer) spring into the good body. I did this an it eliminated most of my flutter at 5+ psi where before it was really sticking shut.

Just a small update but last night I finally got around to bolting on my skid plate since I lowered my front end a tad more. I apologize for the cell picture but when I was finished with my oil change and skid plate I was far too filthy to go grab my Nikon haha.

Well it's been a while Zilvia! I've been busy driving the hell out of the car and enjoying the hard work put in over last winter. I managed to get the car out to 7 lapping days and some great drives up north through cottage country which I'm lucky enough to have just outside of the city.

To start it off, I have no major issues this summer.. I'm not even sure if I had to park the car at all, other than when I was waiting on a replacement hotpipe for the intercooler, basically the car ran awesome all year and I'm stoked about that. I made some small changes and I also helped my girlfriend purchase her first car which you will see a picture of in this post.. basically, I'm jealous.

So first, the wing was fitted to the car.

http://scontent-b-lga.xx.fbcdn.net/hphotos-frc3/972237_10151747942051075_1853597425_n.jpg

Then I dressed the engine bay up as well, at this point a few friends and I were getting a little car club together.

http://distilleryimage3.s3.amazonaws.com/fb353172f60a11e2928c22000a9f3092_7.jpg

Met up with a friend who runs a pretty cool facebook page called Everyday Tech, check them out!

http://sphotos-b.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ak-ash4/1002624_10151863650491075_824172505_n.jpg

Drove the car hard some more :)

http://sphotos-g.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ak-ash3/75928_591478680898132_1174854767_n.jpg

Then I had destroyed my cheap front tires by pushing the car at the track. I got a good deal on some real tires. R1R's 215/45 and 225/45's

http://distilleryimage5.s3.amazonaws.com/b8854790158b11e3bcc022000a1fcf26_7.jpg

Those tires obviously made a HUGE difference at the track. Turn in with the R1R's is insane, I only have 1 track day on them so looking forward to next season already.

And finally, I plasti-dipped my Work's for something different, I loved how it turned out.. a lot :)

http://distilleryimage1.s3.amazonaws.com/bf1a130c338f11e38b9f22000a9e0708_8.jpg

So among other small things, that's how the car life turned out this summer :) Great times with great friends. And 2 weeks ago, my girlfriend picked this little black Nissan up..

http://distilleryimage6.s3.amazonaws.com/ab7cef7e326b11e3a61722000a1f9d6d_7.jpg

It's a BLAST to drive. Upgrades include K Sport coils, HiStop 4 piston front brakes with 2 piece rotor, 3" turbo back exhaust, ARC top mount intercooler and some Tenzo rims on Star Spec's. It has 147k on it and we picked it up for 3500 bucks!

I have lots of plans for the s13 this winter, including a big brake upgrade for the front, full ABS delete thanks to GKTech, lots more suspension bushings, take apart the diff, drop the rear subframe to do solid bushings, strip the interior from the front seats back out of the car because I'm going full on racecar:2f2f: as well as an Exedy clutch, an aluminum rad and some other small bits I can't think of off the top of my head! So now that the car is about to go away you guys will be seeing some more regular updates.

Cheers!

That gti-r is sweet! I had the gti-r swap into my 93 g20 with a front mount, as well as the usual stuff. That is an awesome motor and strong to boot. Never seen the hatch in person tho, shame. Like the s13 as well. That hard work is paying off. Nicely done.

Thanks guys. And yes the Pulsar is quick, those itb sr20 engines are awesome, and the car being awd makes it accelerate much harder than I can get the s13 to do lol.

But anyways, this is the last week the 240 will be on the road and before it starts to get really cold out I want to start taking it apart and have the engine out. I've already started to get some parts together so when the tear down begins I will have some more updates to post.

Cheers

Thanks Tricky! She is still alive and kicking, just pretty tired after this season. There is lots of bushing work to do this winter and I picked up an Exedy stage 2 clutch as well. I am very surprised the OEM clutch made it through at least 12 track days and 12-15psi regularly, impressed to say the least!

I figured I would share some pictures a friend shot for me who runs a Facebook page named Everyday Tech, they are a local group so check the pictures out and give the page a like :)
