Hello guys. I have a 1990 240sx Hatch. I recently swapped my KA out of my coupe. I had a problem with 4th and 5th gear getting "fuel cut" at higher rpms. Like hitting a wall. I've changed the maf, fuel filter, fuel pump strainer, spark plugs, and still no remedy. Well after the shell swap it still does it. I asked around and many said ignition but I do not wish to spend the money on chasing a gremlin. I've also heard from someone his friends car did something similar although different car it was in the Nissan family. He said it was a governor of some sort so he cut a wire going to the 52 pin or something of that nature. I want to know what you guys think about it. I'm tired of every d series Honda beating me cause my car hits a "wall"
