I was planning on getting the freddy intake mani for my rb and get a regular fmic but i heard from a friend that most of the time they come uneven and won't fit right and have to milled down. can someone confirm this? I don't know if i should continue with the plan or just buy a dual inlet outlet fmic for rb's and call it a day.

usually the ones off ebay have those problems. The best greddy knockoff would probably be ISIS's manifold

so should i take a chance with that one? or would the dual inlet fmic just be better

i believe the ISIS manifolds have good fitment, you could contact enjuku racing and ask them more about it.

Didn't know they made the Freddy manifold for the RB20? RB25 and 20 ports are different sizes and bolt patterns are not the same. You would have to change the flange on that intake manifold with your stock RB20 intake manifold flange to make it work.

dont even bother with the intake manifold. those you linked are trash and you cant machine it really. you'll spend over 700$ trying to adapt a forward facing intake to a RB20det. I did it and don't recomend it for anyone who has to ask these questions. either you can do it or you cant

I wouldn't install it if someone gave it to me. save a little more money and go for this one NISSAN SKYLINE R32 RB20DET INTAKE MANIFOLD RB20 plenum | eBay (http://www.ebay.com/itm/NISSAN-SKYLINE-R32-RB20DET-INTAKE-MANIFOLD-RB20-plenum-/170718989386?pt=Motors_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories&hash=item27bfa50c4a&vxp=mtr)

I bought a RIPS intake manifold for my 20 a while back. Wish it was the same price as that manifold link I posted.

That's easy, 1 for the brake booster, 1 for the FPR, one for your boost gauge one for the bov and the others you just cap off.

where ever you find a vacuum port. You screw the nipple in and plug the hoses on.
http://i137.photobucket.com/albums/q211/Bluerb240/240%20stuff/myintake2.jpg
see the holes on the lower edge of the plenum? the big hole uses a different size nipple that's for the brake booster. The others are standard sizes and where the others go.

I would save my money up for the R.I.P.S. How does it run on the RB?

Man, if you're gonna spend that much money on a front facing TB manifold, just go RB25.
