I would say fuel issue to , like the pump , filter would have to be old as the car and tank issue I would think to become clogged. Take the fuel line off stick in a container and crank the car. And or not sure if you have access panel to pump location but you can hold the key over and have someone tap/wack /hit the pump area if it fires or tries to then its your pump,

Just cause ur 17 doesn't mean there is a limit to what you can do!! I was doing shit at 15 what 20+ year olds weren't able to do! Just use your head! On a non motivational speech level, does kind of sound like it's starving for fuel but when it did try and run for those few seconds it also sounded like your bottom end wasn't very happy with life

Check fuel pump, fuel filter,plugs... if it's na then a pump should be easy to get at a junk yard it could even be free if u choose so at the junk yard lmao. Do you know how to check the ecu codes? That would tell you if it's something else besides a fuel problem
