Hi guys, I have problems to synchronize my sr20det ignition at 15 ° BTDC.
This is the configuration
Stock SR20DET RED TOP 7psi T25
FMIC
Greddy Type RZ BOV
Stock ECU
Stock Fuel Pump
I have reviewed the ECU diagnostigo mode according to the service manual and the only code it throws is 53, not malfunction.
I've checked the TPS voltage is correct 0.46v
The oxygen sensor operates correctly.
The coolant sensor is fine.
When measuring time with my lamp threw 28 ° BTDC, the car worked well but seemed to have a very rich mixture, at high RMP failed and lost power.
Then warm the engine, disconnect the TPS and set the time to 15 ° BTDC and went for a test drive, but it was wrong, did not exceed 3000 rpm, it seemed that no fuel reached, install a fuel pressure gauge and I went out to try again but the pressure was fine and was constant at 40 psi but the problem persisted.
I checked the new mind and time had changed to 38 ° BTDC but had not moved the CAS at any time after the time set at 15 ° BTDC.
Again I tried to adjust to 15 ° BTDC CAS but I got to the end of their movement and not can it.
After these tests it returns to the original position it was at 28 ° BTDC and the engine became a little more normal but has no power.
What could be wrong?
I've looked at several similar post but none answered.
