How do I remove the ground cable from the battery tray?
I bought a new ground cable and when I went to go replace it, its connected to the tray/chassis. How do I remove it from there? Just cut and pull it off?
aside from the manifold, where should I connect a negative ground to the chassis?
I was thinking about having the ground go from battery -> manifold -> chassis.

it should bolt of...10mm bolt
i have a hidden ground going from the back of the block to my firewall, and my battery in my truck...nice and neat . but just replace the battery to chassis exactly were it is now
*this thread might have bin better in the small questions thread...were no one helps you and 90% of questions get ignored lol...

I'm not sure I understand..
I have no problem unbolting the cable from the battery and from the intake manifold but mid way through the cable, it's connect to the battery tray(chassis). Theres no bolt there to take it off.
I know theres a connection from the exhaust side to the chassis..

Yea there should be a bolt that is hard to see that hold it to the chassi *by the battery tray *
^ not talking about the battery terminal or the manifold bolt
If you cant see it than just snip the wire off

It's held on by a bolt. You can't see if but if you put your hand down there you will definitely feel it, unless its so rusted and corroded it no longer resembles a bolt head... lol

s.o.b.. i found it~ LOL
replaced both cables with new ones~
did it Battery -> Manifold -> Chassis
I reused that bolt to put a cable from the manifold to the chassis. just got rid of that bracket that holds the old negative cable.
Thanks guys~
