on my 1989 240sx my headlights wont flip up or down and i hear no clicking what so ever. the brown wire is cut from previous owner and im afraid he screwed up something. im really lost and confused i hate working with electrical can you guys help! thanks

also my gauge cluster RPM SPEED FUEL GAS lights dont work. i checked the bulbs and seem fine also the dimmer does not work. dont know what to do.

check you're fuses that happened to me it ended up being a blown fuses.

Start there.

i did i changed all the fuses in the fuse box, but i haven't changed my headlight control relay yet not sure if thats it?
