Seller scammed me on getting a Tomei built head instead it was all ebay cheap crap that doesn't fit right, and he knew what he was selling, chose to tell me and the forum something different just so he can sell it quick.

Yeah the op pretty much has no recourse, but zilvia should at least take action to ban this dude from the marketplace, if not ban him all together.

Why not a permanent ban on known scammers? Obviously they can just make another account but at least it takes away some of their credibility trying to sell with a fresh account.
