There is a clunk when I come to a stop or when I start to drive. I've tightened all my bolts on my cross-member that's bolted to the chassis, same goes for my tension rod brackets. Also I do not have a front lower sway would this some how have to deal with the issues I'm currently having? Thanks in advance guys.

Check tie rods/ball joints, tension rod bushings, etc... If your bolts are on tight, it's probably bad bushings or other suspension going out.

I know my lca's are blown to hell could that also be a reason ? I'm planning on going with s14 lca's either way and I've notice that when I put in my new coilovers the passenger side seems to drop lower with out the coilover on compared to the driver side with out the coilover on. If that made and sense at all.

As far as the sound, replace the LCA and then check back. That would cause some clunking for sure if the Bushings on the arms were busted.

Tranny mounts and engine mounts? i know all three are pretty bad but the clunking noise comes from what sounds like the rotors spindles what have you. and will do with the ball joints on the lca

both i had right motor mount fall apart when i went to remove it and my tranny mount was in 2 pcs as well. its frustrating i know, but u need to just take it one step at a time. it took me 2 front left hub bearings and 2 tires to finally realize my front left strut top hat bearing was toast. now i am dealing with troubleshooting the egr system on my sohc for smog. its a love hate relationship you can do it :)
