ebrake problems!

Hi guys, here I am posting another problem with my s14! Couple days ago I was driving back from this girls house "baking" cookies right.. and all of sudden my e-brake handle is making weird vibration noise and every rotation its hitting against something. I look under my car and my ebrake cables are not touching anything, and to make sure i ziptied them even tighter just in case. I can tell my ebrake is not as strong as it was and its just getting louder and louder each day! Please give me some input on what to do. I'm really close to going to a shop ha

Is it just the handle? Check to see if the driveshaft is touching anything in the tunnel.

i popped off the handle and loosened the bolt and still nothing, i jacked it the rear and when I drive it the noise isnt there, only when the car is down and moving it makes that sound, i cant find whats going on.
