windshield wiper problem

Hey guys any of you know why the wiper blade stop where ever it is the moment its turned off. Normal it when you turn it of it doesn't stop until it reaches the end of the windshield. Any help is appreciated

wiper amp probably went bad, green box in the left side of the engine bay

Its plug and play. super easy to fix. 1 10mm bolt holds it in. Driver Side near the Master Brake Cyl.
