Short story ,
There was a broken bolt inside that hole , took it out and while puttingthe coil insert. Must have been too thick at the top and when I tigtened the bolt it pushed outwards.
Do i need a new head ?

Take it to a reputable machine shop, they may be able to fix it. If they can they will weld the crack, retap the hole, then regrind the bearing galley to spec.

Your not going to get any different opinions, except the one you don't want to hear. We are all going to say take to a shop and see if they can fix it, if they say no take it another, ect.

Your question has already been answered twice and repeated a few times more for good measure. It can be fixed, just take it to a reputable shop.
If you wanted to hear other opinions, then. No, you can't fix it. Feel free to buy another head altogether and spend more money than you have to. Happy?
Since your question has already been answered (whether you like the answer or not),
