S13 coupe A/C doesn't work on highest setting

Hello everyone, I have a 1989 S13 coupe with working air conditioning on settings 1-3 but, on the 4th (and highest) setting the A/C stops blowing cold air and my A/C light is off. Can anyone give me some insight on this? My dad says it might be the blower resistor but, I would like some more opinions.

Sounds like the solder on the buttons ... U would need to take apart the unit that has the button to see if the solder got loose... That should be yor problem if everything else works in different settings
