i have a 5 speed 1995 240sx with obd1 ka, and it bogs out at 2k rpms.
Turns right on first click of the key and just recently did a tune up (spark plugs, wires, cap/rotor, and oil).
It started bogging last week until i unplugged the battery and plugged it back in and it ran perfect for a week.
now it dies out when in first or reverse gear and cannot rev past 2k.
also has a rough idle at some points.
i will be changing the o2 sensor next and hopfully that solves it.
but if not, does anyone have anything in mind what the problem can be? could it be the maf sensor?
any input would help because need to get this back on the streets as it is my only car.
p.s. yes i looked and searched google, but i am looking for other peoples input. so if you are here just to shit-talk, gtfo

Any Check Engine Lights? Curl up with your FSM and a Code Reader, or since it's an OBD-I, set it to the mode for checking.

if motor cant rev past 3k, its a MAF issue. Make sure there is not wires exposed or anything disconnected.

very small and light misfire not very noticable, wasnt injectors making it bog i got those checked off already.

It's almost definitely the maf. Get a known good MAF and try it.

That ^^ what you're talking about? Or wrong part number?
Also, those wiring issues/CEL may be a good idea to clear up/troubleshoot...
EDIT: Sorry didn't read hard enough, I had that, but I'm across the country. My b.

Well I posted that one so you could check the part number. I had one with my swap and sold it, bought this one as a replacement to sell, found the original, kept this. It was marketed as an S14 SR MAF, but I was nieve and never checked.
Edit: swiggety swag... http://www.240sxmotoring.com/partnumbers.html
Looks like it's a Kouki S14 SR MAF...
