no steering on highway

well im kinda pissed off because i recently bought a momo steering wheel and i found a hub (boss kit)and tougefactory for sale.so i just got it last night and i put it on this morning.i drove around town for about 10 min everything was fine.then i hit the high way AND THE TEETH ON THE HUB SMOOTH OUTand im turning to switch lines and im turningthe steering wheel but im still goin straight,so i have no control of the car so i brake like hell untill i come to a stop and i get out of the car(im still on the highway lucky no cars around)and i gotta turn the tires by hand,and push the car to the side of the road.i could have died if i was going into a turn and i had to tow the car back to my house for 143 dollars :rant2: im so **** pissed off.those mother***Kers better give me my money back for that damn hub.so the moral of the story is


DONT BUY BOSS HUB KITS

and this is WITH power steering.. imagine a setup like mine where i dont have PS, the steering deals with a lot more stress...

i never had a problem with my boss hub. u sure you installed it correctly?

my boss hub kit works great. I smell a bad installation maybe?

nope i did everything right i have installed those before no prob.but when i opened it out the packed the teeth look very smaller that normal but i didnt pay any attention to it

so its tf that sold it to you that messed u up. not the boss kit.

Sounds like hondaguy installed his old Honda hub onto his NISSAN... HAHAHAHAHA... :)

seriously though, do you just install things without looking and then talk shit about them? Sounds like you didnt verify your installation and possibly installed the wrong part number.. are you sure BOSS HUBS suck or maybe its a USER ERROR. heeeehehe
