Coupe and vert trunk are interchangeable?

But cant find the answer if coupe and vert trunk are interchangeable?

Btw i need to buy one trunk lid and garnish prefer oem red color

I did and showed me about leaks around the wings and lock stuck.i thought they are but just double check before i bought one
