Rs enthalpy hellppp!!

Just got my rs enthalpy through mail and it has 2 black wires coming from that back and I have no idea what to do with them, can anyone help me out here?

Good question... My Enthalpy ecu doesn't have this, atleast on the outside it doesn't anyways...

Its for 2 step launch control i have no idea how to wire this and i cant turn on my car till i wire it cus ill short the ecu -___-
