apexi or hks exhaust

can your peeps help me out. which exhaust do you guys prefer to run on a SR a HKS Hi Power exhaust or a Apexi GT Spec exhaust? and what downpipes do you guys prefer also. Money isn't a factor, just need some suggestions cause i can't make up my mind on what to get...

Explain what you are seeking out of said exhaust system. Loud? Quiet? ....etc

apexi n1 is pretty much well-balanced out... sounds nice decent top and i think it looks nicer than the hks

but too many people have it!!
...so go Blitz, RS*R, or Bee R. my favorites. the Bee R has no mid muffler.

besides both Apex have ground clearence issues too.
