The face says KMH. He said it has been modified to read out MPH. Therefore, it's been converted to read MPH on a KPH face. If it says 20 KMH, it means 20 MPH. It's really not complicating.

if you tune you're car then it'll go way over 140mph

Not to be that guy, and consider this a bump, but how does one fix their gauge? My speedo doesn't read correctly and I never really cared to fix it.
