need help with FAL fans

OK i have FAL 340 fans installed on my koyo rad. after 2 weeks on the realy kit i just bought from jegs. this is the out come

according to their website these are 25 amp max draw fans. but as you can see. there are MORE then 25amps present in this circuit. does anybody have any adivce on what to use. i was thinking like 30 amps but, im not sure what size relay to use, right now its a 30/40 amp relay. and it burned right through the damn harness. kinda at a loss here.

Are you using 1 relay for both fans?

If so that is your issue, those fans pull 16amps each so you will need a relay for each fan.

would you happen to know what the surge current is for these
bad boys??

Run 2 seperate relays for each fan and run thicker gauged wires.
