Another Lighting problem

so I installed my new sonicmotor short throw shifter the other day and noticed the day after i was chilling with one of my buddies and it had started to get dark so i started heading home and i had noticed that i have no running lights or dash lights the only thing i can think of is when i went to take out the radio some of the ghetto wiring may have touched one another would this be the area i should start searching first and if so what should i be looking for......

going to check out the fuses today to see if any of them popped but just wanted to pre plan before i start ripping s*** apart

Sounds like the wire behind the radio shorted. Just check for bare wires and get that fixed and put a new fuse in and you should be good to go.
