Ok well here is the senario.
Car runs and idled fine but on freeway it dies on me. So I go ahead change out stock KA fuel pump to Walbro 255 on the side of FWY. Still no dice.Found out that fuel filter kept clogging up ( black stuff came out of it when I blowed into it), with out touching anything else I change out the fuel filter, idles for about 10 min and dies on me. So and added some additive to clean out gas tank and injectors, runs for 10 -20 min and dies. I clean out the fuel tank and change another fuel filter. Engine putterd a little bit then since does not fire up. I check everything even reline the vacuum lines to make sure I do not have a vacuum leak. I take out spark plugs and they are wet, look inside their is a puddle of fuel in each cylinder. So I dry the spark plugs, and air out the cylinders. Take off fuel rail with injectors and run with injectors exposed and still to much fuel going thru. Take off fuel line going into fuel rail and back pressure is crazy high. Reinstall everything and toss coil pack with spark plug on the engine and check for spark no spark. Don't get it those things were working just fine 2 days ago. Kinda confused? Only thing I think I can do is change out fuel pump to stock and see if I can tone down the fuel pressure, and buy new spark plugs. Anyone else have any ideas?

P.S. Checked all fuse's and everything is ok. THe thing that cofuses me is walbro worked fine, but now it dosent and give to much back pressure? Is it a requirement to install a after market FPR when swapping out to a walbrop 255? Or did the additive I use harm my injectors and chemically made the holes a little biger. That's why some spray a mist and other shoot a stream of fuel.

IHMO yes, you most definitely need a FPR at the very least if you're going to run a 255 walbro. The amount of pressure/throughput is immense compared to a stock pump. I only have an s15 pump, and before I had it tuned right, it was trying to shove almost 5bar thru my system, imagine what an unregulated 255 would do!

Side note tho: something is amiss in addition it sounds like, if you keep clogging fuel filters :(
