did you bleed the system properly?
Sounds like you might have a fault radiator. Or even a really dirty one. Before replacing it, try and wash all the debri off on the fins just with a simple water hose. Or if you have access to a compressor and an extended nozzle blow all the degree off. Cleaning the fins can make a difference. GL.

elevate the front end as high (and safe) as you can to help those entrapped air bubbles rise.

its the fan clutch. check if it spins really easy. if it does, it`s bad. the fan is not working that is why it only overheats at low speeds. on the freeway, there is enough air flow thru the radiator to cool it down.

I bleed it last night again, need to wait till tomorrow when i stuck in traffic to find out. and for the fan clutch, i can see it spin when i am on idle, when you say it is bad is that means it spin too slow when idle??

when your fan clutch is good, it usually stops right away soon as after your turn the car off. but if it spins freely then you have a bad fan clutch.

ive had the same problem before. check your head gasket and make sure if you change it take it to a machine shop. if problem still exist check coolant to the thermostat and if thats good you may have a bad cluster
