S14 Power Mirror Relay?

hey everyone, i was wondering if there is a relay for the power mirrors on the s14? i plug the mirror switch in and the mirrors don't move. i'm not sure if it's like the turn signals that requires the hazard button to be plugged in order to work. I have a 96 240sx SE.
