you can run a screamer pipe on the internal wastegated stock t25, some people complain about leaks during idle even when they have the divider plate since it doesn't seal 100% most of the times.

so would i be better off just buying the megan racing elbow mine has an exhaust leak at the elbow and its making and annoying clicking sound from where the gasket isnt sealed properly and i figured if im going to work on it might as well put new stuff on
thanks for the quick response as well

i would'nt worry about using a screamer pipe unless you were top mount. just buy a j pipe that circulates it in back in.

i have an AMperformance elbow/downpipe with a screamer pipe on my rb25 with stock turbo. Look into their stuff, they're in australia. Theyre screamer pipes have a unique design that seals really good:

But even if they seal perfect, screamer pipes are annoying as hell imo, especially if you're running low boost and dont have a good boost controller, underboost it just sounds like you're running open headers.... That's why i got mine recirculated!!

There really isnt any point, and if that noise is bothering you you just going to make it worse with a divided j pipe.
I have seen a few and had one myself where the j pipe was divided although it never atmosphericly dumpped and the divider broke and was loose back there. Myself and none of the people i know that had that happen had any turbine interferance but it could pose that risk and risk of interfering with the wastegate....... All for no measurable benefit.

thanks for the advice because im only running on stock 8 lbs right now so that kinda rules out the screamer think im going to go with the megan elbow and just call it a day
