Add me to the list of vq swapped s14's.
S14 vq35de using uprev flash - YouTube (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H4CkrERTPyo)
I'm in the process of making a guide on how to wire up a 06 g35 vq35de auto into a 95 s14 obd1 5 speed.

f3 plug after wiring up eccs, throttle relay, ecm power and ground, o2 sensor power, etc.
My problem now after searching for hours is i would like to use the stock gauge cluster and i'm aware of having to use a Digital Dakota adaptor for tach and vss. Now im curious if it would be possible to use the stock tach an adjust it in back of the stock cluster using one of the vq35de coil pack or injector signal wire.
Thanks for the help

Subscribed. I'm been collecting parts for months now and I'm ready to start dropping it in now. Can't wait. I think I did wiring right. Id like to discuss it with you though.
What are you doing for Power steering pressure sensor? Does the ECU need to see it? I'm gonna be using OEM Sohc lines.
Anyone come up with any alternative to a driveshaft other then McKinney?
You have a part number for one of the summit racing radiators that work for this (s14)? What did you use?

Apparently the MSD tach adapter box and a sin signal converter is needed.

Thanks for the info on the tach adapter.
As for Power Steering sensor I did not wire that up. I did leave the wire connected though if i decided to pick up a g35 power steering pressure line. I'm also using the sohc lines to run my power steering.
The ecm did not notice i was not running power steering sensor, rear o2 sensors, fuel temp sensor, and evap sensor. My obd code reader seems to be telling me everything is responding good.

The lack of codes is probably from the Osiris flash. Who did it.
Any engine bogging while turning while sitting?
Can I wire in the temp sensor straight from the z ecu to run the S14 temp dash gauge?
What radiator and driveshaft did you go with?

Still putting things together so I don't have a driveshaft or radiator installed yet. My plans are to try and use the stock radiator with Altima fans as for a driveshaft I'm also searching for a company but I'm hopping to get that ordered by Thursday this week.
For the coolant sensor I'm going to use the sohc adapter that's on the radiator hose or tap into near the vq sensor. I had the same idea of wiring into the vq sensor but after looking at the ka and sr setup Nissan must of had a good reason to run two coolant sensors.
Yeah flash was done by uprev
Thanks

Oh a problem I'm running into now is the vq ECM connector is slightly to big to fit into the firewall while the dash and hvac are still installed. Not a biggie but will take some time to get the dash pulled off.
