sr20 hates me

Been searching but can't seem to find the exact noise my sr20 seems to be making.

doesn't do it all the time, but commonly does it around 3k+rpms or when the throttle is let off and still in gear. all i can really describe it as is a buzzing noise.

any help would be appreciated!

Sound like something is buzzing like you said , like something is loose on the exterior , Get a friend to throttle it from the tb and track it down with your ear , then apply your hand to the area's you think its coming from , apply force if it stops or changes tone you found your problem.

if nothings loose in the exterior like that first guy says,, i would INSPECT the turbos inlet compressor fans.
