Need input on a random connector

[Detroit.Tee.Tee]

Anyone know what this is? It's in the driver's kick panel and it was disconnected when I got the car. I am thinking factory security. When I got the car, it was a shell. No dash, no engine, no front end. It was removed by the previous owner.
