s14 5 speed swap

i am currently doing a 5 speed swap on my s14. i got the auto harness out and put the manual one in. next to the fuse box there are some plugs but the 5 speed harness has nothing to connect into them. any help would be appreciated! thanks!

Did you read any of the number of FAQs on the subject floating around the net?
The topic has been pretty well researched and chronicled.
Do that and if you still are stomped come back with specific questions.

ive read many writeups on the 5 speed swap. they say that you have to jumper two cables on the connectors, but i dont have any connectors, the 5 speed harness doesnt have them
