Performance under $150

What are some mods i can get for under 150$ that will increase my cars performance. What are your secrets? ps i got this from a magizine artical i saw a while back!

there is alot of mods for under $150
hotshot or obx intake
OBX short shifter
sprint spring for like $130
the basics like new spark &nbsp;plugs, new 8.5 magnacor spark plug wires, fuel filter for like $10, and oil change
