i was out the other day in my rb25 s13 and i parked the car and turned the key off and the engine ran for a few seconds and then shut off. the fuel pump just kept going so i unplugged it.
i assumed that my tires had worn through the wiring harness, so when i got home i saw that one wire on the passenger side was all the way through and a couple were bare. i soldered it all back the way it was and the car is still doing the same thing.
i plugged the fuel pump back in a couple minutes later with the key off it started priming again and wouldnt stop. while this was going on, i pulled the fuel pump fuse, egi relay, and egi pump relay. still priming, i pulled the 75 amp ALT fuse and it shut off.
i have an ECU which was also disconnected the entire time so thats not the problem.
i will check the wires above the tires again, but im almost positive they are all fine.
