OBD-II 5 Speed Swap NO ECU?

Ok so I got almost all my parts, but was wondering.

How can I do the 5 speed swap without the manual ECU?

The only OBDII thing I see (in my limited mechanical perspective) is a flywheel sensor. I don't think the car needs this to run does it?

I'm currently running with NO O2 sensors so throwing codes doesn't bug me.

i've read somewhere that you can use the auto ecu. but you will have cold start issues.

other then that i don't know. i'm currently doing my 5spd too.. what other parts do you need?

I need a clutch peddle and thats IT! (As long as I dont need the ECU)
