ive tried searching. but during idle my ka seems like one of the cylinders are skipping but i havent noticed any power loss and it doesnt skip through the rpms or whenever giving gas... the idle does surge a bit making me think that it could be the idle air control valve but im not sure it would make the skipping noise.
the moter is stock besides intake, header, exhaust, and a msd ignition. so i know its not the plugs or distributor or anything so im lost.
opinions please!

What do u mean skip? Is it missfiring, stumbling at idle, idling up and down like a honda? Need more info

Tps sensor will cause idling issues, will also cause engine to surge at cruising speeds, check ur voltage with metere, closed throttle should be .45v to .75v wot should be 5v

Pull one spark plug wire at a time while its running. This will tell you what cylinder is missfiring when the engine does not sound any different. When you find out what cylinder see if you have spark and check if you have fuel. If you got both check your compression.
