When changing the cluster, do u use the wires that came with the cluster or do u use the wires from your car?
Depends on the cluster you are trying to put in. A S13 cluster or S14 a jdm S13 or S14, R32....etc. More info is needed.

If its analouge to analouge or digital to digital I think you can use either wiring harness. If you are switching you need to use the one that was originially with the cluster.

When doing my sr20det (redtop) swap in my s13 coupe - the s13 km/h gauge cluster just pugged right into the U.S. 240sx wiring harness. Should be as simple as pugging the new gauge cluster in place of the old one. Hope this helps.

if you want to keep MPH, you can actually just take out the tach, and put that into your US cluster, and that will work fine too.

Also, if you want the mph to read the right reading you will have to take off the km/h speed sensor and install the u.s. mi/h speed sensor. but that is only if you want your car to read in mi/h.
