I just came from Osan, unless you're an E6+ or an officer you can't have a car which sucks, there's not much of a scene there, BUT.... If you want to show up all the enlisted people, get a 49cc engine and mount it to a bike and you'll be one of the only people over there with a vehicle.

Hey Russ Im stationed at Osan too. I'm with you on that one, it all gets repetitive and if you love cars its a really shitty tour. Nothing to play with and nothing interesting to see carwise. Seems like the scene here is dead.

You're not gonna find a whole lot of S15 parts outside of Japan and Australia.

Sorry, Korea is not a place for any S-chassis parts what so ever.

I will be visiting South Korea for two weeks just about with my fiance, what are must do things and where can I catch a glimpse of the local korean car scene especially drifting and the street car culture.

You can check out Inje Spedium (Drift Master / Playground), Ajou Highschool "car park" (MaxPower / Korean Drift Festival).
There are some events at the Ansan Circuit parking, and sometimes you can see some drift at the F1 track (Dspec drift team).
